It’s Like Aligning the Planets…

This saying reflects the often difficulties of something and all the moving pieces and parts it takes to properly line up in order for something to take place.

For instance, I can use the phrase “It’s Like Aligning the Planets” when I speak of planning a family trip.  You see, the whole family has to be able to take off of work and off of school simultaneously.

The whole family has to be well, not sick, and stay that way, simultaneously.  The car has to be in good working order.  All supplies need to be found and packed.  The medicines need to be available not replenished.  Money needs to be available.

Flights or roads need to be available.  There are tons of variables in a family trip so much so that it literally seems like an event as difficult as reflected in the saying…”It’s Like Aligning the Planets” !
