- Important sayings about pertinent things in life
- Enjoyable and witty “chicken soup for the soul”
- Useful sound bytes about important things
- Short but important tidbits of advice and free counsel
- Compressed wisdom for the ages by the sages
- Experience-based wisdom and knowledge in a simplified way
Why quotes and sayings?
To me, quotes are an excellent way to get wise and appreciate the power of the written and spoken word, because it proves that the pen is truly mightier than the sword. I personally followed quotes since I was 14, and they are powerful attention-grabbers and just like certain symbols or names, have an effect on the listener.
Sayings are useful for such a distracted generation
We face a very information overloaded and information polluted world! ADD and ADHD are at an all-time high, and with the rise of the Internet and technologies, this only seems to get worse. Quotes are at least one of the things we still have that are short and to the point. We need them today more than ever!
Wisdom and understanding from sayings
We need wisdom and understanding because too many mistakes have been made because of ignorance. Quotes allows us to ponder things we may otherwise ignore.
Hopefully, quotes will lead to better decisions and actions in our lives!
